• If the course cannot be carried out by us due to unforeseen circumstances, the booking fee will be refunded in full.
• Cancellation of the enrolment by the student (less than 30 days before the start of the course) will not entitle the student to a refund of the amount paid.
  Exceptionally, upon request and justification by the student, the refund of a percentage of the amount paid will be considered.

Students who have attended at least 90% of the course timetable and have passed the evaluation test will be entitled to a Diploma.

This diploma, which shall be issued in electronic format, shall state the course programme, as well as the number of hours, the type of course, the venue and the credits assigned by the Commission for the Continuing Education of Health Professions (Comisión de Formación Continuada de la Profesiones Sanitarias).

The diploma will be issued after the completion of the activity, after
that the Regional Ministry of Health authorises the issuing of diplomas.

• The course coordinator is at the students' disposal for any questions or doubts that may arise.
• The mobile phone shall be switched off during training sessions.
• Students must sign an attendance register in the morning.
• On the last day of the course, the student will be given an evaluation test which he/she must pass in order to obtain the course certificate.
• In order to obtain the certificate of the course, it is compulsory to attend at least 90% of the total number of hours of the course.
• Once the course has been completed, and authorisation has been received from the Continuing Education System, the diploma accrediting the course completed will be sent by e-mail, in accordance with the rules set out in the diplomas section.
• It is not permitted to take pictures, videos or audio recordings that are produced during the course.
